Even though I would love to have your business, I would like to take some time here and explain many site building options for you - including FREE! (Best of All)
If you are interested in doing a blog or provide information about your service/organization or product there are many free web-builders out there. Don't be frightened by the term build as there are specific directions for your help. Two great (and Free) alternatives are Google's Blogger and Wordpress! (Click on the Logos below)
Each of these provide templates or themes with which you may use to customize your page(s). If you happen to be on MySpace and have dabbled in the html codes and graphics you send to friends, then you should have no trouble finding your way around. These services can both be free to you, but offer limitations in storage (files, pictures, text etc.), customization (amount of themes available and what you can change on the site and structure/layout) and do require some advertising to be placed on your site (unobtrusive, however must pay to remove).
All this being said there are a million sites on the web that were built using these free blog accounts! You may have even visited some.
